Amored Core: For Answer - Full Customization

So now is that time of year where we’ve probably all beaten our X-Mas games a couple times (with the exception of Fallout 3 of course, you might still be right in the thick of that one…) and you’ve likely tried most of the high profile releases that we were assaulted with from October till year end. I like to call this “the post-holiday slump” where at this point, you might be scrounging around for something new to play, and lo-and-behold, barely anything is coming out. What do you do? You start picking up games from a few months back that looked somewhat cool, but were ultimately overlooked in favor of the bigger franchise titles.
A perfect example of this would be Armored Core: For Answer. Did you know that another Armored Core game was out? I didn’t. But apparently it was released back in September (October for EU, and November for AUS) and much like Armored Core 4, it offers full customization.
David explains:
Armored Core: For Answer - 100% full button, trigger and thumbstick configuration. Everything can be altered with the exception of combo keys that depend on things like hitting your left, right, and overboost all at the same time. Those would be whatever the 3 are all pressed at once.
Now he specified that he has only tried this game on the PS3, but it’s probably a safe assumption that the 360 version offers the same options, especially considering 4 did.
So, if you’re looking for something new to try these days, maybe give this one a shot, as you should be able to get your controls just the way you like them.
And thanks to David for the tip. We like tips around here… sometimes it’s difficult to keep up with every single release (though we do try!).
