Far Cry 2 Tech Demo

As I’ve said before, I wasn’t a huge fan of Far Cry Instincts: Predator for the Xbox 360. But I have to say that Far Cry 2 is looking incredibly impressive. Watch this video from Ubidays 2008 and the visuals will blow your mind.

Now I’m [pretty] sure that what we’re looking at here is PC footage. But I would imagine that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions are still going to look fairly sharp as well. Should be a good game, and let’s hope that it will cater to our control needs.

    After 5 seconds of watching this video it becomes painfully clear that FC2 will never look this good on the consoles.

    Nope…. sure won’t.

    The visuals will be closer to that of Gears or COD4 on the consoles, I would think. But it sure looks nice, doesn’t it? :)
